This is absolutely perfect. I have lower back pain after an injury (fantastic spill down the stairs, you wouldn't believe the crash I made. I work at a desk job and this cushion combined with foot support is what gets me through the day. It is nice and firm but not rock hard. It feels like it's part of the seat and is easy to adjust. It came with extra straps in case my desk chair had a wider back. Very good quality.
