These work great but a little extra finesse is required to achieve the McDonalds quality we all hope to aspire to. For perfect egg patties, preheat pan with ring already in place. Once pan is heated, put oil or non-stick spray in egg ring only. Crack egg in ring, and pour a bit of water outside of the ring, and quickly cover the pan. The water will steam and cook the top of the egg. Allow a few min to cook and if need be then flip once to finish the top side. Voila! Perfect egg patties.
