The dosage is so very small, 2 capsules a day, but it packs a punch! The first few days were gassy and very bloated but over time this stopped being a problem. On the third and fourth day I had the strangest, foulest smelling B.M. Like, just unnatural. But that also went away. I had some general skin itchiness and restlessness at night and by the time the bottle was done, I noticed I was sleeping better, no itchiness anymore. I had my partner try out a weeks worth and it was horrible. He broke out into rashes all over his face and the tops of his thighs. He was detoxing badly- flu-like symptoms, very irritable, nightmares at night, constant twitching and restless sleep, also strange, foul B.M.s. We had to stop it early. We will likely do a GI and liver cleanse first before we try this again. But we both felt it was surely doing something!
