I read every review on this shirt before I placed my order. After all of that, I decided to order the size I normally wear in a ladies' sized structured shirt (large). It is a perfect fit. As most know, unless one has a shirt custom-tailored, or sews it themselves, it is almost impossible to find a tailored button up ladies' blouse...particularly a short-sleeved one! This one certainly fits all the requirements. The fabric is so soft and feels great. There is just the right amount of stretch. The collar lies perfectly and the placket does not gap at the bust line. I couldn't ask for more especially at this great price. If it washes and dries well, I will definitely order more colors. I have an athletic build from a lifetime of working with horses and a farm. My shoulders and arms are not 'sticks'; but, are well-muscled. This shirt does not pull and the armholes are cut perfectly. Thank goodness I finally found a decent shirt! Do not be afraid to order your normal size. I have no idea how so many reviews state that the size is not true. I found the size to be on target. You will love this shirt.
