Moved from MN where you have hard water, (so you had water softeners)... to TN where we were told you don't need one. Well I pretty much knew with in a week we needed one. My husband was like nnnoooo I called the water utility guy and they said it was fine. Dude whatever, so got thes strips and showed him. Sure it wasn't has hard as MN's water, but my nice curly hair was looking like a haystack with no curl anymore, so I knew. Now we are getting a water softener.
