This is a silly toy that only some people will appreciate. After seeing this "breathing" kitty on the reception counter at a vet's office, my elderly father longed for one. It now provides a little "life" in an assisted living apartment in which he is unable to have real pets. Because it looks somewhat realistic (compared to other stuffed animals) and does appear to breathe in a natural manner, it has become a conversation piece among other residents, one of whom has already ordered her own kitty. Although most children would become quickly bored with this motionless toy, it is providing comfort and enjoyment to my father.
