I used this cream to help treat adrenal fatigue that I suffered after almost 10 years on a particular medication. The adrenal fatigue, through various domino type effects, contributed to low testosterone as well as imbalanced oestrogen/progesterone. The symptoms of these hormonal imbalances included, in no certain order of psychological impact, depression, weight gain, anxiety, loss of muscle mass, low libido, increase in fat mass of belly, hot flashes, water retention, and sugar cravings, just to name a few (haha)
