I have always been intrigued by the British monarchy. I remember watching Charles and Dianna’s wedding and following their children as they grew up. I too was devastated when Dianna died. I did believe in the hope that Meghan Markle would bring more to the monarchy and happiness for Harry. Unfortunately after watching the Oprah interview, I knew something was not right. The more I read and watched, the more I felt that this couple were self centered hypocrites. They are the epitome of everything that is wrong in the US and especially California my own home state. I am sick and tired is elitists telling the rest of us how to live our lives. I’m really tired of everything being related to racism and white privileged. My family were very poor Irish settlers who came to America to make a better life for themselves through hard work. Not unlike many other minorities. And yes, the Irish were minorities at one time and treated just as poorly as any immigrant group. For people who have been given everything in life, fed with silver spoons, standing on their soap boxes telling me I have what I do in life because of white privileged is just BS! It’s no wonder everyday Americans have turned their backs on these celebrities, politicians, etc and have embraced pro American movies, shows and politicians. One day the Harkles will answer for their “crimes” to the monarchy, the UK and The US. Until then, I hope more people will come out with the truth.
