I have had probably every single Plantronics bluetooth earpiece since they began making them. I just recently bought the latest and greatest PLT 5200 with charging case for over $100. Many people had trouble hearing me/ said I was talking in a barrel. But, for that price, I still used it. Last week, I lost that earpiece and couldn't justify spending $100 on a second one, especially with the problems I was having. Saw this Fimitech earpiece online with all the great reviews. I really liked the fact that it didn't have a Mic Boom, and decided to give it a try. I have had it for for some time now and not a SINGLE COMPLAINT from anyone else about hearing me. My only complaint: When a call comes in, the Caller ID feature announces the phone number calling into my phone and not the person. But that is no biggie as all I have to do is glance at my phone to see who's calling. Last note: In my package, there was a "scratch off" to reveal a prize. Just for fun, I scratched and it said I won the "FIRST PRIZE" which was a 2nd Headset. I thought it was BS, but as instructed on the card, I emailed Fimitech. "Christina" immediately returned my email, confirmed my shipping address, and shipped me a brand new additional bluetooth earpiece at NO COST (not even shipping). My wife loves this one as well (and just ditched her old Plantronics as well). It's been a couple of weeks, and so far so I really like this earpiece. Can't beat the quality for the price! Great customer service as well! BRAVO!
