It works but I did it differently
I did mine a little different from the instructions with good results. My kit came with a extra empty container to mix paint. I first trimmed up the torn area on my Toyota Tundra leather gray seat with a razor blade. I took the glue and filled in the hole. I used a hair dryer to dry the glue quickly. I didn't have time to wait 4 hours for the glue to dry. I then would press the glue in with my finger. I would add more glue to make the whole level with the rest of the leather. Next I mixed my paint. I kept adding black to the white until I was satisfied of the color. Instead of heating up the tool that was supplied , I used the hair dyer on the paint too. Just before it was dry , I pressed in the grain paper to give it texture. I then finished drying it with the hair dryer. To finish , I dipped my finger in the paint and rubbed it around the hole to blend the repair area with the rest of the seat. You can barely see the repair in the grey seat photo that I uploaded. It is on the bottom right side. Be patient and have a wet rag handy in case of a mistake.
