The book itself appears to be well made, well thought out and encouraging to young people--especially as it points out that failure is okay because it is part of the learning and achieving process. That said the reason I gave it 4 stars is that it is a smaller format than I expected and the price is expensive at $24.95 with the $5.35 shipping. I might have been able to swallow the $24.95, but to add $5.35 shipping for a 6 X 9 inch book is too much. Parents on very limited incomes won't afford this and these are the kids that will need it most, to remind them what valuable people they are with great potential.
