I recently purchased the Video2Digital converter, with the ultimate goal of getting some old 8mm camcorder tapes on DVD. It arrived well-packaged, sooner than expected, and with everything promised. I am not tech-savvy, and, after reading the user's manual, learned that there would be a few steps more than I anticipated. Here's the best part: I contacted the customer support team via email with my questions, and within a few hours, had a response. Tyler was very helpful in explaining what my next steps should be, and offered continued assistance as I go through the process. I have begun using the converter, with success, and am pleased with my purchase; however, I am blown away by their customer service. And isn't that what it's all about?
