Do not hesitate to buy these cables. You can stop looking at the thousands of options and give these a shot. They are a great deal. I use them daily for charging my phone and none of them has fallen apart, or failed to charge the phone. I am using them to charge an iphone 6 and iphone 7 (with commuter otterbox case). No issues with these cords and the cases on the phones. The cords have a great feel to them and do not feel cheap in any way. The 6 ft. cords are nice if your outlets are far away from your bedside and you want to have your phone on your nightstand. I am not sure who needs a 10 ft. cord but if you don't need the full length you can always coil it up and tie it with a zip tie.
