After using it for three weeks, it developed an intermittent problem. It periodically stopped powering up when I changed the tap-water tank. I called the customer service number in the product manual. The rep told me that she only handles warranty claims for items purchased from the AquaTru website. When I calmly questioned the process, and asked for a customer service number for warranty claims for products not purchased from the AquaTru website, the rep hung up on me. I expected much better. 3 days later: A representative of the company reached out to me to offer to address the problem. I appreciate that. I'm waiting for the problem to reoccur, and hoping that it does not. I should say that overall I'm very happy with the product and the water. I'm increasing the rating to four stars with the expectation that if the problem reoccurs, the company will handle it.
