UPDATED: After rating this at 1 star, I have updated my review to 4 stars. Although I did receive the product damaged, the seller provided a sincere apology and issued me a full refund with no hassle. Better yet, I did not have to go through the challenge of returning the product which was one of my biggest concerns. I may not be able to use the couch I purchased, but good customer service goes a long way. Re: the sofa itself -- to be perfectly honest it's a little too firm for my taste and I was expecting a big comfy couch, but that is up to the customers liking (some people like a firm couch). In addition, if you fear that you're going to receive something completely different than what is pictured, no worries - the picture displayed is pretty true to what you get, as evident by the photos others have posted and even mine if you ignore the damage. Lastly, I would recommend the sofa to anyone with pets or children, as the fabric is extremely easy to clean, which is what I was initially on the lookout for, since I have a large dog that sheds. I hope this review helps. I know I rely heavily on reviews before making a purchase online.
