I highly recommend this flat iron. I had a chi flat iron before purchasing this one. I was a little scared at 1st to purchase this flat iron because the price seemed to good to be a good flat iron. I took my chances after reading reviews ect. I actually found a perfect flat iron that works awesomely on my hair at a affordable price. (cheaper then what im used to paying for sure) needless to say I'm a very happy/satisfied customer. . Btw my hair is extra crazy unless i use a flat iron. I wasn't blessed with straight or curly hair. My hair type is stuck somewhere in the middle. Lol
