Provided instructions on pairing are a bit unclear: 1.) Fully charge controller 2.) Disconnect charging cable. 3.) Using an already-paired controller, enter the Controllers menu, then the Change Grip/Order screen. 4.) With new controller, hold down home button for 10+ seconds. After 3 seconds, all lights will blink slowly but continue holding home button until all lights blink faster. Release home button. 5.) Press L + R triggers to complete pairing. Controller has nice firm button pressing, joysticks are not sticky, seems to have solid construction. I really like the grippy handles.
