Prevail doesn't. I save my plastic grocery sacks to dispose of the used ones in. This is an embarrassing review to write, but I hope it will help somebody else. BTW, if you have this problem, try cutting out all wheat, rye, and barley products, and READ LABELS because there is wheat in a lot of places you don't expect, including soup and beer (which I haven't used for 35 years anyway). You might find that you're gluten-intolerant. If so, Amazon has a huge selection of gluten-free products, but when you see the prices, which aren't any better anywhere else, you might decide that it's easier to live without bread, crackers, cookies, etc.
