I have read many reviews from folks that use 310 Nutrition and say this works. Gave myself a week to read reviews and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did, I Love the shake, was a bit unsure to start with and thought I would give it a try. Great flavor, not chalky or powdery after tast. Using to help lose 20 or so pounds. I love the fact that it sugar free and low carb so I can use it with my diet I’m already on and don’t have to worry that it will mess my carbs and sugar intake up. Will purchase again. Looking to try some of the other shakes as well. Best decision I have made so far.
