First, it is true that when you receive this product the outside box looks like FEDEX dragged it to your door using a tow rope but ..... when you open that outside box, the packaging of the product is flawless. We bought a full and a king size mattress based on the reviews. We've used the king mattress 3 nights now and it is really good. The full one will be used by our daughter in her apartment at college when she goes back in August but she tried ours out and is just as happy as we are. Unpacking these beasts is not child's play. Get some help. They weigh a lot. A 2-wheel dolly helps a bunch. Also, you need to be precise when you cut the plastic wrapping off the mattress itself. Once the plastic is cut to a point where the mattress feels fresh air, it is coming out and you cannot stop it so I suggest you have the mattress on the boxspring or bed frame when it is being used. As for comfort, the mattress is not stiff, yet firm enough to give support and not soft, yet does sort of wrap around you. We recently slept on a $4,000.00 mattress for a weekend that functioned almost identical to this one. I am thrilled to have found this mattress and saved that money.
