Add me to the list of those people who paid $19.95 for the lifetime premium membership, back at the beginning of October, only to have it mysteriously disappear a couple months later. I contacted sleep sounds support (support@sleepsounds.io) and they opened a ticket for me a few days ago. As with others here, I have heard nothing back from them yet. I really enjoyed sleep sounds, and was happy to pay the premium to get a sound that I liked that was not included with the basic sounds. But if I pay, I expect to get the service. UPDATE TO ORIGINAL COMMENT: Finally got a response to my ticket, months later, and now I can again access my premium sounds so I am changing the stars from 1 to 4. No 5 star as the company was so unresponsive for months, but it is a good app.
