THIS IS NOT A HEALTH BAR
A lot of people are complaining that these are unhealthy. These are not health bars, they’re survival rations. They’re designed to have a high calorie to weight ratio and be shelf stable. I like the packaging, very air/water tight, and they taste fine, would be happy to have something sweet in a survival situation. Look elsewhere for health food.
