Well I know this product is for men basically for prostate help but I came across this product to use for women who are starting to get hair loss as they age, and I have been taking saw palmetto for a while now and it does the trick, at least for me! I definitely have noticed the hair on the top of my head not showing signs of loss when I am taking this product. I went off of it for a while to see if I would notice a difference and I started thinning again so now I'm taking it again.
