Definitely helps some
I was prepared to review this as a complete scam, and when I saw the huge box with the little bottle hiding inside it, I was sure of it. But . . . I'm 83 years old with some arthritis and calcification of soft tissues in my right knee, no particular pain but the muscles all up and down my right leg were getting so stiff it was becoming difficult to jog the 1.2 mile round trip to the mailbox. Physical therapy sessions and exercises helped some, but when completed, the leg got stiffer and stiffer. I was now walking with trekking poles instead of jogging. Contemplating knee replacement, I took a chance on the Instaflex. Within 3 days, the stiffness substantially reduced. On a 10 point scale where 1 is almost complete immobility and 10 is normal functioning, I was operating at about a 3, and Instaflex took it up to a 7, not perfect but substantially better. After 20 days I stopped the Instaflex, and to my surprise, the knee did not get worse for the first 2 or 3 days. After 5 or 6 days I was down to a 5 on the scale, but it never got down to a 3. Consequently, I tried taking the Instaflex every other day, which might work just fine and cut the cost in half. But it didn't. I didn't rise above 5 on the scale, so I'm back to every day. I give Instaflex 4 stars, because it helps some but not all the way. I think the only operative ingredient is the UC-II, since I was already taking most of the other ingredients. BTW I did not stop taking glucosamine and chondroitin.
