UPDATE: After almost a year of the original order, I received an email out of the blue from Designer Living's customer support. They wanted to remind me that the blanket did have a 5 year warranty and wanted to help troubleshoot the issue with the blanket. Unfortunately I had thrown it away a long time ago as it no longer worked. They offered to send out a brand new one to replace the original wrap. Yesterday I received the wrap and it works perfect!! Unbelievable customer service reaching out after such a long time. I'll be looking to order something from them this holiday season. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ After 2 months the blanket stopped working. Seems as if something with the cords within the blanket got messed up.
