After reading all the other reviews I couldn't wait to write my own because the reviews of this product are all over the place lol. I am a 48DD & I ordered the XL. The fit was as expected; it wasn't too tight at all and the band was perfect. It wasn't digging into my skin or uncomfortable during my work out at all. The support is great. The bra definitely gives great lift. There is a slight issue with spillage around the sides and even where the netting is on the very front. But like I said, I'm a DD so I can't expect every inch of boobage to be covered completely lol. It definitely took all of the pressure off of my back and shoulder which I love!!!! The design definitely assists in this area and makes the bra perfect for heavy/bigger breasts whether you work out or not. Now in being a DD i know that bounce during a high impact workout is inevitable lol. I have naturally heavy breasts so I know that regardless of the compression in a sports bra, I'm going to have some bounce. It didn't completely go away in this bra but it certainly helped!!! If you do go running in this bra and your girls are on the bigger side you will need to wear a shirt over it unless you don't mind all of the stares and car honks you may receive lol. Overall, I love the support, I love the design and I love the breathable fabric. Just wish it had more coverage and compression, but it's still the best sports bra I've EVER purchased
