I started using supplements from Sports Research in November of 2014. Being very happy with their Turmeric Curcumin C3 Complex I slowly replaced my existing supplements with those available from Sports Research. I also researched several of their supplements that I was not aware of, eventually adding a few of them to my daily supplementation. This is where the Vitamin K2 came into play. I decided to start adding magnesium as part of treating my Vitamin D deficiency and my research indicated I also needed to add K2 to balance things. This made a huge difference. My blood level for D was below 20 about two years ago and had barley gotten to 30 taking 5,000 D3 a day. Adding the Magnesium alone was not helping my D levels. I added the K2 just a month ago, my D is now 78!!!
I have Osteoarthritis and am trying to treat it naturally. One of the symptoms of Osteoarthritis many people have is lower D.
Consult your doctor about the levels of supplements you can take.
