I've had this posture brace for about a month and WHOA did it make a difference already. I work from home now, meaning I slouch in front of a computer all day, every day. I was really starting to feel this crazy amount of pain in the middle of my back constantly, which I thought was insane for a young adult. I was getting desperate so I bought this on a whim, and I could not have made a better choice! The relief is IMMEDIATE. You can adjust it to your body, and it's smooth and remains in place. I imagine there is gel beneath the straps because they are super comfortable. All in all, I have no more back pain at the end of my work day, and it's thanks to this awesome brace. I highly recommend it!!!
