I've been using this for about 3 weeks now to treat arthritis in one knee and a meniscal tear in the other. I CrossFit 5 days a week. I started taking Vintage Bend to accelerate the healing process and ease my creaky, painful joints. I can truly say that this product has helped - noticeably. My knees are not as achy as they were before. I'm hopeful that they will continue to improve and remain pain free as time goes on and I keep taking this supplement. As an aside, the customer service from Old School Labs is phenomenal and that alone would keep me coming back. Two thumbs up, you guys!
