Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I first ran across this pan in a YouTube video Elton Brown had posted about useless kitchen gadgets. While pretty much everything else he demonstrated was in fact useless, he was simply wrong about this pan. He showed Amazon's listing for the pan in the video, and at that time (Dec. 2015) it had 500+ reviews and a 4.5 star rating. The only criticism he could offer was something about how you shouldn't have specialty items in your kitchen. I suppose that's valid if you live in a Tokyo sized apartment, not so much for a normal suburban house. I personally love edge brownies, and intrigued I found the pan here and ordered one. It's cast aluminum, American made, and does exactly what Baker's Edge says it will do. I've had it almost two years now, and I'd buy another in a heartbeat.
