**worked for me and my sister**
It definitely worked for me, by day 2 I was feeling hungry like every 2-3 hours. Today is makes my second bottle, I just hate the price for the size. My sister started it first, it's working for her, she been on it for 3 months or so, that's why I started it, she went from 104 to 144, she is almost bigger than me.
