PREVIOUS POST SYNOPSIS: I posted a review of this product because the item came damaged – the inside was still functional, but the outside was really roughed up, along with torn ribbons for the bookmarks. I was bummed, but because the planner still functioned, I was more just irritated I spent $40 and wanted to warn others. REASON FOR UPDATE: Without any prompt, a member of their customer service team not only reached out to me personally to apologize, but also refunded the entire amount! I didn't expect this and because of this will be purchasing one directly through Panda Planner (instead of through Amazon). This planner has far exceeded my expectations and comes with lots of extras. They take care of their customers. Thank you!
