Kept my Lipton soup very warm for 5 hours. By touching the outer layer, one would never know that hot contents resided inside. The spoon concept is clever and might be more practical for stews or thicker soups. I have yet to try cold fluids because we have a fridge at work. It never leaked, however I kept it a vertical position during transport. Overall a great product at a competitive price.
