Excellent - READ *Consider this case*
I'd like to write a short review here. I've seen some negative reviews. I'd like to quickly address the features and my experience.
I purchased the Gun Metal Color. I own the T-Mobile version of the Note 4. I've had the case for 4 days upon this review. (10/30/14)
Appearance:
Stunning. The design is sleek and sharp in appearance. The case in my opinion adds to the aesthetics of the already beautiful design of the Note 4.
Kickstand:
What are people complaining about? I haven't had it fall off once. It is never loose. It "locks" in to the case and does not come out until you pry it with your fingernail to use. It is sufficient in supporting your phone for tabletop use. Hint: Don't put 10 lbs of books on top of the phone / case. I have no complaints about the kickstand so far.
Microphone Holes:
My Phone has two mics at the bottom. There are two cutouts for the microphones on my case and they both align perfectly. I cannot attest to the Verizon version as I have not seen it.
Fit:
Perfect fit. Tight enough to keep phone in place but also allows you to take your phone out without any problem.
Heart Rate and Oxygen Sensor:
Either others have a bad case or they don't know how to use the sensor. I was able to get accurate readings almost every time. Seriously. I don't know what people are complaining about. Relax your hand. Problem solved.
Other notes:
The case keeps the camera safe when lying flat on it's surface. It will not scratch at all. Plenty of room to protect your phone camera and sensors. When lying on it's back there are 4 rubber pieces (just 5mm in height) that keep the plastic back of your case from touching any surface it lies on. That way the back won't get scratched. Perfect design. I enjoy the rubber part of the phone as it helps prevent slippage. The majority of the back is sleek plastic so that part does not offer a great grip. But the plastic peace makes it attractive. If you want all rubber, look elsewhere. I don't mind it but I can understand a complaint about that. I haven't owned any other case so I have nothing to compare this too, but I would recommend this case. It feels sturdy and offers sufficient protection in the case you drop your $750 device. Another Hint: Don't throw it off a balcony.
