I had some challenges after the free version and paid the subscription for the full version, I get to understand that it was not registered on the Freetime app for my child Kindle tablet, but Kidloland's customer support provided a code that made it work correctly. Sid was very helpful and quick in responding to my emails. My daughter really likes this app and the good thing once the contents are downloaded it can be played offline, so when my daughter and I is on the road with out wifi she still have access to the app. Its a very good app.
