This thing has been under my desk for over a year, and I rarely move it from that spot. I have my feet on it while I type this, and to be honest, they burn in pain on the hardwood, so I need this. The great thing about it is that there's no incorrect configuration. Upside down, backwards, even sideways - all make sense sometimes. I use it as a rocker, in either direction depending on whether ankles or toes hurt. Highly recommend this as opposed to the competitors that seem to deflate or die off after a few weeks.
