Scrambled Egg Mix vs Whole Dried Egg powder
I've used both in baking and for scrambled eggs. They're interchangeable, and not much difference except the mix contains a little dried milk, salt, and veg oil (though it's as dry as the regular). The mix does taste a bit better for scrambled eggs, though they both tend to cook quickly and stick to the pan, so oil it well.
