Purchased this item at a recommendation to help with my diabetes. It has worked great, with diet, exercise and these pills I have lost over 10lbs and have dropped 2 pants sizes in just over 3 weeks. I 2as told to take 600 to 1200 MG of these daily and I have been taking 1200 MG daily and my energy is great, I am no longer tired through out the day and my blood sugars have been great I would highly recommend these to anybody. I will definitely purchase these again.
