This has been a great product. I make cold brew all the time now. I will be honest and say that this is a very simple idea. If you can find a strainer like that and already have mason jars that's really all you need. I went ahead and bought this product though because it wasn't that much more and it supports this person who came up with the idea. I actually did tweak it a bit and I use the strainer with my larger mason jars. It makes A LOT more more cold brew and the strainer is big enough to fit enough coffee to handle it. I would recommend the maker of this product to consider offering that as an option because of the length of time you have to wait to make cold brew it's much better to make more at once.
