We were in the market for a booster seat for 3 of our 5 dogs... My husband and I will be making another cross country move in the coming weeks and wanted a way to keep our 3 little ones safe and secure while traveling! We looked at several options, ranging in price from $50-90.. I wanted something that could fit our 8LB Chihuahua, 10LB Cairn Terrier, and have a tether for our energetic 17LB Min Pin/Beagle mix! When I was showing my husband my decision, he actually looked a little deeper and found this one! It's quite a bit larger, was only $10 more and I really liked the height to assist my nosey Chihuahua with looking through the window! It arrived today, took less than a minute to unbox, unpack, and set up! I left it sitting in the living room unattended and one of my Labs figured he would product test for me.. While it isn't rated for 100LB Labs, he actually fit and didn't cause any damage... I definitely wouldn't recommend going over the weight rating though! The actual bed is setting on top of an "X" shaped frame, which provides the height! Fine for smaller dogs but would be uncomfortable or potentially break under the weight of a larger dog.. My Chihuahua and Cairn decided to claim their spots and while they're stretched out, there is still plenty of room for our Min Pin/Beagle mix to squeeze in when they all snuggle up!
