5 stars for the mower, 0 stars for customer support. we have 2 husqvarna automowers. this one, model 115H quit working and husqvarna support has been absolutely no help. they say to take it to an authorized service center but NONE of the ones listed on their dealer locator in our area actually service automowers. spent 1+ hour on the phone, got an assurance they'd call back today with a solution but have gotten no return call or follow up. and of course, after 13 months i can't return it. very very disappointed in husqvarna.
