I purchased this for my 10-month-old, since she wouldn't touch the Little Tikes Swing Along Castle (too big and overwhelming... she likes the swing, though.) She is currently in the crawling & cruising stage, not walking, and this is the perfect size. The good: Yes, it is SMALL. I knew that when I bought it. However, she can fling herself off the "platform" without injury, and go down the slide headfirst without gaining speed. She also enjoys taking off the basketball hoop and throwing it around. The bad: The biggest downside is the bat and ball holders; they're not so much 'holders' as they are little imprints that don't actually hold the items. Also, the screws can be a pain to line up correctly. I added a picture for size reference.
