I’ve suffered ridicule from friends and family for “my lack of manliness” for years. Derided for my inability to grow facial hair. My wife and kids didn’t respect me. I was constantly passed up for promotions at work for “lack of leadership and an all-around mansy pansy demeanor.” Something needed to change. I had no idea a beanie would be that change. Because my lack of upper arm strength and fear of using sharp objects like a knife or scissors I struggled with the plastic bag for about an hour and a half. Finally I retrieved it from it’s packaging and tried it on. In that moment I found myself standing in the middle of a forest with a cigar in one hand and a gun in the other. I had constructed a shelter from downed timber, grew a beard, and wrestled a bear into submission. It’s been 3 months now and I can’t say thank you enough. My wife and kids now respect me. My boss walked out due to feelings of inadequacy. Basically life began when this beanie arrived. Everything prior was a mistake. Thank you Carhartt.
