I got this 2 months ago and after a handful of uses it doesn't come on at all or charge anything. The few times I've used it I never mishandled it, dropped it, got it wet, nothing. I used it while sitting on the back porch and on a few trips to the grocery store where it was stored in my purse the whole time. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Mainly because when it worked, it performed just fine. But the 5 or so uses I got out of it was not worth the price. Hope this helps someone! *****UPDATE: I realized my order was past the warranty date but I figured I'd get with the company after writing my initial review because of the issue stated above. It just didn't seem right for it to have shorted out the way it did after being used so infrequently! Turns out, after a bit of research on their end, they'd sent me one from a bad batch! So they ended up sending me a brand new one and I am happy to now report that after much more use and daily testing of this new one they sent, it works GREAT! This is what I was looking for! Five stars for a great product, this is what I wanted initially and glad to have a good one! And thanks for the awesome customer service!
