I have been taking turmeric supplement by my doctor's indication, for arthritis pain. It was working, but not as I expected. Then I saw this on Amazon and one review in particular caught my attention, where the user said that Turmeric has to be used in combination with pepper extract to be effective. I decided to try, and am happy to report that this one is a godsend. My arthritis pain has been reduced to almost zero.
