This stuff is hands down THE BEST tasting protein water that I've had. Ever! I've tried pretty much everything on the market to get my protein in. I've had gastric sleeve surgery, so it's important to get my daily protein intake. This helps me tremendously! It's great tasting (I've had mixed berry and grape) and it doesn't have an after taste.
