This is kind of a weird Bluetooth. It's almost like it's from a prior generation perhaps. The sound quality is very good, I finally have a Bluetooth earpiece that people don't complain about when I am using it. They can hear me clearly, the background noise around me is not overly loud to my caller, and I can hear them perfectly. However, there are some features every other Bluetooth headset I have ever had has, but this one lacks. For example it does not say the number of the incoming calls. It just plays the first few notes of Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries". Also the controls on the Bluetooth headset do not appear to change the volume of the call at all, so I have to take my phone out and use the volume control on the phone. This is also the case when listening to an audiobook. However I am still buying two more of these, because of the good quality of the sound, which is very hard to find in a Bluetooth earpiece.
