I ordered what size I normally wear, but it was a bit large. So I went down a cup and band size and it's PERFECT. This is the first bra - EVER - where the center join between breasts actually touches my skin the way it's supposed to. I have dense breast tissue and 'relaxed' breasts, so I need a stretchy unlined cup. Normally I'm strapped into a G sized cup and a very small band - which usually ends up with my breasts being flattened and the underwire directly in my under arm or even behind it. So I ordered the 44 C - the underwires are just around the breast, the cup is a stretchy material that gathers me up, lifts and holds them in place. Some might think it's a flimsy bra due to the material - but try it! I'm getting a dozen more!
