This is really fine tasting olive oil. It is also very fresh. On the back of the bottle it actually tells you the date of production: 12/2020. I received my bottle today. It is less than 3 months old which is very fresh. With olive oils the fresher, the better. It is delicious. I dip bread in it, use it for salads, or pour it on cooked vegetables or pasta. It is too good for cooking.
