I believe in probiotics because everything that happens starts from what is happening in your gut. Sluggishness, acne, constipation...... all comes from the gut. I've been taking probiotics for over 10 years and this one blew me away. After 1 week I could totally tell the difference. I AM NOT GETTING PAID nor have I gotten any free product. Yes, I know they are far more expensive than the OTC ones at the local drugstore but its because they actually work. Do yourself a favor and make the investment. Self-care is in this bottle and you will thank me later.
